摘要
大学生就业情况反映着高校课程结构的整体功能.构建一个优化的课程结构有利于地方高师院校更好地为基础教育服务,为当地经济社会服务.大学生就业统计分析表明,地方高师院校教师教育类专业要积极培育独具特色的课程体系;非师范专业要切实为培养地方经济社会发展需要的应用型人才,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地.
The employment of university graduates have reflected the whole functions of curricular structure of the university.Establishing an improved curricular structure is beneficial for local higher normal universities to provide a better service for compulsory education and local social and economic development.Through the analysis of graduates＇ employment,the major of teacher education in local higher normal universities should be formed a featured curricular structure of teacher education and the non-normal majors should broaden its major calibers and cultivate the practical talents to develop the local economy.
