摘要
调查表明有志于教育事业的师范毕业生较多,但愿意去农村中小学任教的很少;毕业生的择业观比较务实,影响其从事中小学教育意愿的主要因素是个人兴趣和爱好、生活条件、物质待遇。
The result of an investigation of 1100 normal graduates from five higher institutes shows that most of the normal graduates plan to devote themselves to the educational career, but few of them are willing to work as a primary and secondary school teacher in the countryside; the graduates＇ views on the employment are practical, and the main factors affecting their teaching will includes individual interests, living conditions and income.
