Study on Slight Vibration Technology of Tunnel Blasting in Urban Area

摘要 针对城区隧道爆破施工断面大、浅埋和临近建筑物的特点,分析了爆破扰动效应的危害、预测方法,以及主要的减震技术措施。通过工程对比试验研究了电子雷管起爆对降低爆破振动效应的作用,并提出了基于电子雷管起爆条件下错相减震爆破技术和增大耦合系数的光面爆破技术。对比试验分析结果显示:采用电子雷管起爆时,在10~60 Hz的主振频域内,爆破振动比采用非电毫秒延期雷管起爆时降低了52%,爆破松动圈范围减少了60%。采用电子雷管起爆,保证了城市隧道爆破振动安全和提高施工效率,为城区隧道微震爆破提供了新方案。 Large sections, shallow-buried and close to building are the characteristic of tunnel blasting construc- tion in urban area. In this paper ,the hazard of blasting vibration ,forecasting method and the precautions for reducing blasting vibration were analyzed. The vibration mitigation effect was studied by engineering comparison experiment when it initiated with electronic detonator, and the new technology of reducing vibration by phase stagger and smoot- hing blasting with larger coupling factors was proposed. The analysis results show that if the principle frequency is from 15 to 60 Hz, the blasting vibration was decreased 52% and range of broken rock zone was decreased 60% than non-electric initiation system when it initiated with electronic detonator. So there is important role on vibration safety of tunnel blasting and improving construction efficiency in city area by using electronic detonator, which proposes a new slight vibration technique for tunnel blasting in urban area.
