露天采场台阶干扰降震爆破技术试验研究 被引量:18

Experimental Study of Blasting Vibration Reduction by Waveform Interference in an Open Stope

摘要 利用波形干扰原理,对爆破降震进行了理论分析,确定了微差时间间隔Δt为干扰降震的关键参数并对其进行试验研究和优化.在海钢北一露采边坡现场试验中,Δt=15ms时,取得了良好的成功率和降震率.表明了所确定的爆破方案及设计参数是有效的,为同类工程提供了有益的参考.图2,表1,参9. Based upon the theory of waveform interference,blasting vibration reduction is introduced in theory in this paper.The millisecond delay interval has been considered as the key parameter to reduce the blasting vibration and optimized in the field study.Choosing 15ms as delay interval, the experiments in an open stope have gained favorable ratios of success and vibration reduction.The blasting results show that the optimized blasting scheme and blasting parameters are effective.The valuable reference has been provided for similar engineering of bench millisecond blasting in open stope.2figs.,1tab.,9refs.
