摘要
目的:探讨藿香正气方剂现代剂型中脂溶性成分的种类与含量;方法采用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)对藿香正气液、藿香正气水、藿香正气丸同一厂家不同批号样品进行测定、分析;结果:藿香正气液中有22个成分、藿香正气水中有18个成分、藿香正气丸中有16个成分;结论:藿香正气方剂现代剂型中脂溶性成分的种类与含量因剂型不同而有差异。
Objective： To explore Huoxiangzhengqi prescription＇s fatsoluble compositions varieties and content. Methods ： The GC - MS was used to measurement Huoxiangzhengqi prescription＇ s samples. Result ： Huoxiangzhengqiye has 22 compositions, Huoxiangzhengqi shui has 18 compositions, Huoxiangzhengqiwan has 16 compositions. Conclusion： Huoxiangzhengqi prescription＇s fatsoluble compositions varieties and content have differences.
