鸭大肠杆菌强毒株的血清型及生物学特性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的鉴定鸭大肠杆菌强毒株的血清型,并分析其生物学特性。方法收集2005~2010年间福建及邻近省份的疑似大肠杆菌病死亡鸭,进行细菌分离鉴定;经易感鸭皮下注射,测定其致病性;凝集试验确定血清型;纸片法进行药敏试验;PCR法检测毒力基因。结果共分离鉴定鸭源大肠杆菌289株,其中强毒菌株255株,分属于19个血清型,O78血清型占52.5%,为主要血清型。134株O78血清型强毒株均对多黏菌素B和红霉素耐药,80%以上的菌株对恩诺沙星等7种药物耐药,仅有不到20%的菌株对壮观霉素等5种药物耐药。papC基因的检出率达100%;fimC基因的检出率与分离菌的年份无关,维持在80%以上;2005和2006年分离的菌株,irp2和fyuA基因的检出率均为100%,随后呈下降的趋势。结论 O78血清型是鸭大肠杆菌强毒分离株中的主要血清型,为鸭大肠杆菌灭活疫苗的首选血清型;壮观霉素、卡那霉素、丁胺卡那、氟苯尼考、头孢唑啉是近期防治鸭大肠杆菌病的首选药物。 Objective To analyze the serotype and biological characters of virulent duck E.coli strain.Methods Dead ducks suspected with colibacillosis were collected from Fujian and its neighbor provinces in 2005 ~ 2010,from which bacterial strains were isolated and indentified,then determined for pathogenicity by injection s.c.into susceptible ducks,for serotype by agglutination test,for drug sensitivity by diffusion test on paper,and for virulence gene by PCR.Results A total of 289 strains were isolated and identified,of which 255 were virulent ones belonging to 19 serotypes.Of the serotypes,O78 was the prominent,which accounted for 52.5%.All the 134 strains of serotype O78 were resistant to Polymyxin B and Erythromycin,of which more than 80% were resistant to 7 kinds of drugs including Enrofloxacin,and less than 20% to 5 kinds of drugs including Spectinomycin.The detection rate of papC gene was 100%.The detection rates of fimC gene in various years were more than 80%.However,the detection rates of irp2 and fyuA genes were 100% in 2005 and 2006 then showed a decreasing tendency.Conclusion O78 was the prominent serotype in the isolated virulent duce E.coli strain and the preferred serotype of inactivated vaccine against duck colibacillosis.Spectinomycin,Kanamycin,Amikacin,Florfenicol and Cefazolin were preferred drugs for the disease recently.
