摘要
对发病种鸭的肝脏、心脏、输卵管内容物进行分离培养、形态镜检和生化试验,在输卵管内容物中分离到1株大肠杆菌。经过药敏试验,结果显示分离菌株对头孢类和氨基糖苷类药物高度敏感,特别是对头孢曲松、庆大霉素高度敏感;对羧苄青霉素、阿莫西林、四环素、强力霉素、多黏菌素B、复方新诺明中度敏感;对喹诺酮类药物、利福平不敏感。
The study of identification, morphology observation,biochemical test from the liver, heart, fallopian tube of ducks and one Escherichia coli（E.coli） strains was isolated from the fallopian tube of ducks. Drug sensitivity test indicated that the isolated strain was highly sensitive to cephalosporins and aminoglycosides, especially highly sensitive to ceftriaxone, gentamicin; moderately sensitive to carbenicillin, amoxicillin, tetracycline, doxycycline, polymyxin B, cotrimoxazole;not sensitive to quinolones, rifampicin.
