摘要
[目的]探讨医院门诊开展"优质护理服务"的实践与效果分析。[方法]随机抽取护理人员和门诊病人各30例,对优质护理服务实施前后护理人员和病人的满意度进行比较分析。[结果]实施优质护理后,病人满意度明显优于对照组。[结论]实施优质护理服务可以提高护理人员和病人的满意度。
Objective:To probe into the practice and effect analysis of high-quality nursing services in OPD of hospital.Methods:A total of 30 nurses and 30 outpatients were taken by random sampling method.The degree of satisfaction of the nursing staff and outpatients was compared before and after high-quality nursing service.Results:The degree of satisfaction of outpatients was higher after high-quality nursing service.Conclusion:Implementing high-quality nursing services can improve the degree of satisfaction of the nursing staff and outpatients.
