壁后注浆技术在尾矿库溢洪井隧道修护中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对铜街大沟尾矿库溢洪井隧道井壁出现渗漏、涌泥的现象,分析研究其渗漏的原因,提出壁后注浆堵漏防渗处理措施。通过浆液充填和胶结围岩的空洞和裂隙,在巷道的外围形成完整的注浆帷幕,有效地将地下含水层的涌水、涌泥封堵于壁后,同时还起到加固井壁的作用,避免因巷道失稳冒落而出现突发性事故,保证尾矿库安全运行。根据实际状况合理选择注浆材料、技术参数、施工工艺等,通过工程实际应用,效果显著。 According to the seepage and gushing mud appearing in the wall of tailings spillway tunnel in Tongjie Dagou tailings pond,we analyze and study the reasons of seepage,and put forward backwall grouting technology to realize plugging seepage-proofing and water leakage clogging.The filling and cementing of cavities and crannies with slurry can form a whole grouting curtain around the tunnel.It not only can plug the water and mud outside the grouting curtain,but also reinforce the wall,and avoid the accidents because of unstability and inbreak of the tunnel and guarantee the safety of the tailings.The appropriate grouting material,technical parameters and construction technology are chosen according to the actual engineering status,and remarkable effects have been achieved.
