TEST OF ROOF BOLTING AND GROUTING IN A ROADWAY IN SOFTROCK UNDER DYNAMIC PRESSURE

摘要 软岩动压巷道的支护是巷道支护中的一个难题.在分析鲍店矿软岩动压巷道岩性、地应力及支护因素的基础上,提出了基于锚喷支护和注浆加固相结合的锚注加固支护方案和锚注加固支护机理,通过井下试验和动压作用,巷道保持稳定,取得了较好的技术经济效果.它为软岩动压巷道的支护提供了一种新方法. Support of a roadway in soft rock under dynamic pressure is a bottle neck problem. Based on rock type, ground stress and support parameters in roadway under dynamic pressure in Baodian mine, a support program, that is a roofbolting and grouting technique, is proposed, which is based on roofbolting and shotcreting assisted by grouting for reinforcement, the mechanism of this method is described. Underground test was made under dynamic pressure. The roadway kept stable and good technical and economic results were achieved. This technique provides a new approach for supporting roadways in soft rock under dynamic pressure.
