摘要
在上升管与下降管直径之比为6.6、罐体高径比为2.9的带内件外循环气升式生物反应器内,以羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液为模拟介质,测定了反应器内气含率与操作参数的关系,用均匀设计考察了操作参数对气含率的影响程度,结果表明通风量是影响反应器气含率的最关键因素。
Studies on gas holdup in an external-loop airlift bioreactor were carried out. The bioreactor was fitted with inner devices in which the ratio of riser diameter to downcomer diameter was 6.6 and the ratio of height to diameter was 2.9. The effects of operation conditions on gas holdup in the bioreactor were investigated in aqueous solutions of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The influence degree of operation condition on gas holdup was determined by uniform design test. The result showed that the critical factor affecting gas holdup was gas flow rate.
