摘要
用1.5L外循环气升式反应器(OALR)对赤芝菌进行深层培养实验。结果表明其最适通风量为:0~24h,0.4vvm;24~72h,0.6vvm;72~96h,0.8vvm;96~120h,1.0vvm;120~144h,1.0vvm。培养时间较摇瓶培养大约少12h.菌丝干重可达17.4g·L^-1。
A 1.5 L outer airlift loop reactor(OALR) was used for the submerged culture of Ganoderma lucidum. Its optimum controlled ventilation were.0-24 h,O. 4 vvm;24-72 h,0. 6 vvm;72-96 h,0. 8 vvm;96-120 h, 1.0 vvm; 120-144 h, 1.0vvm. The culture time was shortened by about 12 h when compared with shakeflask culture. The dry weight of mycelium was 17.4 g · L^-1.
