超声波辅助法提取南瓜籽中植物甾醇的研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用超声波辅助法从南瓜籽中提取植物甾醇。通过单因素试验考察了提取溶剂、超声功率、提取时间、液料比对植物甾醇提取量的影响,并通过L9(33)正交试验对超声提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,乙酸乙酯为提取南瓜籽植物甾醇的理想溶剂,影响植物甾醇提取量的因素主次顺序为:超声功率>超声时间>液料比;最佳工艺条件为超声波功率500 W、提取时间50 min、液料比12 mL/g,在此条件下植物甾醇提取量达1.106 mg/g。 The extraction technology of phytosterol from pumpkin seed by ultrasonic was studied.With phytosterol yield as an index,the effect of solvent,extraction time,ultrasonic power,ratio of liquid to material were studied through the single factor experiment.Based on the orthogonal test,the optimum extraction condition of ultrasonic was determined.The results showed that the solvent was ethyl acetate;the significance of the effects of other three factors on the phytosterol yield was as follows:ultrasonic powerworking timeratio of liquid to material,and their optimum levels were 500 W,50 min and 12 mL/g respectively.Under these conditions,the phytosterol yield reached 1.106 mg/g.
