医护患参与型健康教育模式在住院脑卒中患者中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨医护患参与型健康教育模式应用于住院脑卒中患者的效果。方法选取住院脑卒中患者及其家属80例,随机分为对照组40例采用护患参与型健康教育模式,由护士单独实施健康教育计划;观察组40例采用医护患参与型健康教育模式,由医生和护士共同实施健康教育计划,对两组患者的健康教育知识掌握程度进行对比研究。结果观察组患者有关脑卒中健康教育知识的掌握程度得分为(46.65±3.53)高于对照组得分(40.07±4.60),差异具有统计学意义(t=0.716,P〈0.01)。结论医护患参与型健康教育模式能更有效地提高健康教育效果,是一种简单有效、经济使用的健康教育模式。 Objective To investigate the effects of health education model participated by doctor, nurses and patients on patients with stroke. Methods 80 hospitalized stroke patients and their families were randomly selected, and divided into two groups: 40 nurse-patient participatory health education model, health education by nurses alone plan (control group) ; 40 patients by a doctor and nurses to implement health education programs jointly (observation group) and knowledge of health education in the two groups were compared. Results Stroke knowledge levels in observation group (46.65±3.53) were markedly increased than the control group (40.07±4.60) and the difference was significant ( t = 0. 716, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Health education model participated by doctor, nurses and patients jointly could improve health education effectively, and is a simple, effective and economical health education model.
