护士领导力对脑卒中患者健康教育的影响 被引量:19

Effect of nursing leadership on health education in patients after stroke

摘要 目的了解患者脑卒中前后健康知识与健康行为的改变,探讨卒中病房目前健康教育的效果及改进策略。方法对脑卒中住院患者实施健康教育,采用脑卒中健康知识问卷和健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLPI)对64例门诊复诊的首发脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果除了HPLPI中的“自我实现”外,患者卒中后的健康知识与健康行为水平都高于卒中前,差异有统计学意义;卒中前98.4%患者从不“注意留意脑卒中发作的先兆”,卒中后降为3.1%;卒中后总体健康知识标准分仅(67.14±17.18)分,42.19%患者不能常规按时服药,35.94%不能常规按量服药。结论卒中病房目前的健康教育对提高脑卒中患者的健康知识和健康行为水平有一定成效但不够理想。要进一步提高健康教育效果,提升护士领导力是关键。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing leadership on health education in patients after stroke. Methods Inpatients after first stroke received health education provided by nurses. When the patients went back to out-patient department after discharge, 64 of them were selected as subjects. The Stroke Knowledge Questionnaire ( SKQ ) and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile I1 ( HPLP I1 ) were used. Results Except "Spiritual Growth", the scores of SKQ and other subscales of HPLP Ⅱ were higher than those before stroke. But the standard score of SKQ after stoke was only (67. 14 ± 17: 18). Conclusions Our health education can effectively enhance the health knowledge and behavior in patients after stroke, but it is not satisfied, it is important to enhance nurses' leadership to improve our health education.
