摘要 基于动态冰蓄冷空调系统结构和控制要求的分析,介绍了一个分布式控制系统的设计。硬件主要基于西门子SIMATIC S7-300系列可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),同时引入人机界面友好的西门子SIMATIC MP277 10"彩色触摸屏作为现场监控及数据采集平台;软件分别选用Step7-5.4编程软件及W inCC flexible 2007组态软件。测试结果表明设计的控制系统不仅运行稳定可靠,而且控制精度高;通过MPI(Multi-Point Interface)协议,触摸屏能准确无误地与PLC通信,实时监视和控制冰蓄冷空调状态。 Based on analysis of the structure and control requirements of dynamic ice-storage air-conditioning system, a distributed control system design was introduced. The hardware environment was mainly based on Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 series PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and a friendly Siemens SIMATIC MP277 10" color touching screen was also applied as the local platform of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) ; The softwares were Step7-5.4 and WinCC flexible 2007 configuration software respectively. Tests results show that the PLC based control system is not only capable of running stably and reliably, but also has high control accuracy. The touching screen can communicate with PLC precisely and can monitor and control the states of ice-storage air-conditioning system timely via MPI( Multi-Point Interface ) protocol.
