HIF-1α、MMP-9及PTEN在舌鳞癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:3

Expression and Significance of HIF-1α,MMP-9 and PTEN Protein in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨舌鳞状细胞癌(舌鳞癌,TSCC)组织中HIF-1α、MMP-9及PTEN的表达及临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常舌黏膜组织及45例舌鳞癌组织中HIF-1α、MMP-9及PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果:HIF-1α、MMP-9的阳性表达率在病例组(分别为88.89%、68.89%),明显高于正常组(分别为30%、5%)(P<0.01)。PTEN的阳性表达率在病例组(28.89%)低于正常组(80.00%)(P<0.01)。HIF-1α与MMP-9呈正相关(P<0.05),MMP-9与PTEN呈较强负相关(P<0.01),HIF-1α与PTEN呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α、MMP-9在舌鳞癌的发生、发展过程中可能起着协同作用,PTEN可以拮抗HIF-1α、MMP-9。三者指标均可在舌鳞癌早期作为诊断指标。 Objective: To study the expression of HIF-1α,MMP-9 and PTEN in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and investigate their clinical significance.Methods: SP method was used to detecte 20 cases of normal tongue mucosa and 45 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma of HIF-1α,MMP-9 and PTEN expression.Results: HIF-1α and MMP-9 in the positive rate of TSCC(88.89%,68.89%) were significantly higher than the nomal tongue mucosa(30%,5%)(P0.01).PTEN expression in normal tongue mucosa was 80.00% and tongue squamous cell carcinoma was 28.89%,which had a significant difference between groups(P0.01).There was positive correlation between the HIF-1α and MMP-9 expression(P0.05).However,there was inverse correlation between MMP-9 and PTEN expression(P0.01),also inverse correlation between HIF-1α and PTEN expression(P0.05).Conclusion: HIF-1α and MMP-9 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma may play an collaborative role in the event of the development process.PTEN may antagonize HIF-1α and MMP-9 expression,which suggested that the detection of HIF-1α and MMP-9 PTEN could be an early diagnosis.
