摘要
介绍了针对车载DVD印刷电路板的功能检测而设计的无损专用自动检测设备,该设备可以代替人工自动完成电路板的按键功能、LED指示灯亮度、耗电流和音量编码器功能的检测,并建立检测数据库,实现了车载DVD印刷电路板质量检验的自动化。对仪器构成与主要检测电路设计作了详细的介绍,并给出了相关测试数据。目前该仪器已应用于车载DVD电路板生产厂,作为产品质量检验的设备,平均检测时间23s,比人工检测的平均检测时间缩短39s,误检率为0.03%。
The nondestructive specialized automatic testing equipment for function testing of vehicle DVD printed circuit board was introduced.It can replace artificial testing to complete automatically the functions testing,such as key＇s function,brightness of LED lamp,consumed current and function of volume encoder,and to build the testing database.So the quality check automation of vehicle DVD printed circuit board was realized.The instrument structure and design of main detecting circuits was described in detail,and the testing data were listed in the paper.At present,the instrument has been applied in production factory of vehicle DVD PCB for quality check equipment.The mean testing time was 23 seconds.Comparing with artificial testing,the testing time was reduced 39 seconds.The mistesting rate was 0.03%.
