辽宁地区妇女宫颈癌与人类白细胞抗原DRB1—15等位基因的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨人类白细胞抗原-DRB1(human leukocyte antigen-DRB1,HLA-DRB1)等位基因多态性与辽宁地区宫颈癌发病的相关性。方法:;以聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers,PCR-SSP)法检测辽宁地区43例宫颈癌患者HLA-DRB1等位基因,与58例宫颈细胞学正常妇女进行比较。结果:患者组与对照组相比,HLA-DRB1*15等位基因频率显著增加(P<0.05),其它等位基因频率在两组间的差异未发现有统计学意义。结论:HLA-DRB1*15等位基因是宫颈癌的易感基因,可能与辽宁地区妇女对宫颈癌的遗传易感性有关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-DRB1 allele polymorphisms and cervical cancer in Liaoning province women.Methods:The HLA-DRB1 alleles were detected in 43 cervical cancer patients and 58 normal controls whom all from Liaoning province by using the polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP).The frequencies of HLA-DRB1 alleles were compared.Results:Compared with normal controls,the patients with cervical cancer had a significantly increased frequency of HLA-DRB1*15(P0.05),The frequencies of other alleles were not significant different between the two subjects.Conclusion:HLA-DRB1*15 allele may be the susceptible gene to cervical cancer in Liaoning province
