摘要
学科馆员制度是图书馆界先进的办馆理念和全新的服务模式,是一种对口服务的新机制。本文综合总结出学科馆员的四大核心职责,并就履行好这些职责,做好学科服务工作,提出了学科馆员服务工作的4C模式。
Subject librarian system is the library community advanced concept of rtaming libraries, it is a completely new service model. In this paper, four core responsibilities of subject librarians are summarized, and the 4C model of subject librarian services is proposed forfulfilling these responsibilities and doing subject services.
