论述了学科馆员的产生及其制度建立的必然性,分析了学科馆员制度的实施措施,探讨了学科馆员在高校图书馆发展中的作用。
This paper expounds the generation of the subject librarians and the necessity of the establishment of the subject librarian system, analyzes on the measures for implementing the subject librarian system, and probes into the functions of the subject librarians in the development of university library.
