摘要
目前相关测量规范未对第三方测量的工作内容和具体检查限差指标给出规定或做出硬性规定;同时,第三方测量检测工作除了要遵守有关测量规范要求,因其自身模式的特点,在诸多方面还有其个性要求规定。结合南京轨道交通工程第三方测量检测管理模式,对城市轨道交通工程的地面控制网检测成果使用、地面控制网加密、第三方测量检测限差、超限处理程序等问题进行探讨。得出以下结论:1)这些规定在第三方测量检测工作中弥补了现行规范的某些不足,解决了城市轨道交通工程第三方测量检测工作实施中的诸多实际问题;2)这些规定能够满足城市轨道交通工程测量质量和管理要求;3)这些规定得到业主、施工单位、第三方测量检测单位的普遍认可和接受。
In existing measurement standards, there are no stipulations dedicated for the working details and limits of the third-party measurement. In addition to complying with the requirements of relevant standards, the third-party measure- ment has its own special stipulations, due to the characteristics of the mode of its own. The application of the measure- ment results of the ground control network, the densification of the ground control network, the limit of the third-party measurement and the treatment of the limit exceeding are discussed, with the management mode of the third-party meas- urement of the rail transit works in Nanjing as an example. Conclusions drawn are as follows： 1 ） These stipulations make up the shortcoming of the existing standards and solve many problems in the implementation of the third-party measurement of urban rail transit works ; 2） These stipulations can meet the requirements of the quality and management of the third-party measurement of urban rail transit works; 3 ） These stipulations are accepted by the Owner, the Con- tractor and the third-party measurement companies.
