摘要
故障检测和诊断已经成为了当今的研究热点之一,图像信息是一类重要的故障信息形式,通过图像处理技术可以快速、准确的提取故障特征信号。文中介绍了基于图像处理的故障诊断方法的国内外研究现状,指出了基于图像处理的机械故障诊断的应用价值和发展潜力,总结归纳了图像的获取方法、故障图像特征的提取研究,展望了基于图像处理的机械故障诊断方法的发展趋势。
Fault detection and diagnosis has become one of the focus today.Image is an important form of fault diagnosis information,by image processing techniques we can quickly,Easily and accurately extract the fault feature signal.This article describes the research progress of the machinery fault diagnosis based on image processing In this paper we Pointe out the potential of the fault diagnosis based on image processing.Sums up the image acquisition methods and failure of the image feature extraction,forecast methods based on image fault trends.
