摘要
基于模糊数加权平均值,提出了一个模糊不确定条件下的超效率DEA模型.该模型中含有体现决策者乐观程度的实数k和表示决策者偏好的加性测度S.决策者根据自己的乐观程度和偏好,使评估在模糊数支撑的特定子集内进行,可得到考虑决策者偏好的模糊决策单元全排序.将该模型应用于弹性制造系统的评估,结果表明模型有效可行.
A fuzzy super efficiency data envelopment analysis model is proposed based on weighted average value index of fuzzy numbers. The model depends on a real number k and an additive measure S, k embodies the optimistic point of view of the decision maker, S allows the decision maker to choose evaluations in particular subsets of the fuzzy number support according to his preference. Full rank of fuzzy decision making units can be obtained by using the model. The model is applied to evaluating the performance of a flexible manufacturing system, the result demonstrate the validity and practicability of the model.
