摘要
采用体外实验研究海带硫酸多糖降解组分SL3、HSL5对大鼠肝脂质过氧化的保护作用及对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用.结果显示:原糖、组分SL3及组分HSL5皆能清除超氧阴离子自由基,并对自发性脂质过氧化和H2O2诱导的脂质过氧化具有保护作用;组分HSL5抗脂质过氧化作用最明显、清除超氧阴离子能力也最强.
In this paper the in vitro scavenging activities of Laminaria japonica polysaccharide sulfate(LPS)and its degradation products SL3 and HSL5 on superoxide radical and its protective effects on lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rat were investigated.Results indicated that LPS,SL3 and HSL5 had strong scavenging effects on superoxide radical and showed significant protective effect on both lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate and H2O2 induced liver peroxidation in rat.Compared with LPS and SL3,HSL5 had the strongest reducing power and superoxide anion scavenging activity.
