摘要
目的探讨显微镜下行颅内动脉瘤血管夹闭术患者的护理。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年12月在温州医学院附属第二医院神经外科住院并行显微镜下行颅内动脉瘤血管夹闭术的35例患者的护理资料。结果经治疗及护理,本组35例患者中,Hunt-HessⅠ～Ⅱ级动脉瘤28例、Ⅲ级5例、Ⅳ级2例,其中有1例患者死亡。结论做好颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的护理,是手术成功的关键,对挽救生命和提高患者生存的质量有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the nursing procedures of intracranial aneurysm patients with microsurgical clipping.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the data of 35 intracranial aneurysm inpatients with microsurgical clipping in the Department of Neurosurgery of Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College between January 2009 and December 2010.Results Of the 35 patients with treatment and nursing,Hunt-Hess Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade aneurysm were observed in 23 patients,Hunt-Hess III grade aneurysm in 9,Hunt-Hess IV grade aneurysm in 3 and clinical death in 1.Conclusion Intensive perioperative nursing for intracranial aneurysm patients with microsurgical clipping is the key to a successful surgery,which plays a vital role in rescuing patients and improving their quality of life.
