摘要
目的 :探讨应用颈动脉内膜切除术 (CEA )治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床疗效。方法:对 8例颈动脉狭窄患者行 CEA。手术全部采用全麻 ,术中放置动脉临时分流管。结果 :全组病例术后恢复顺利 ,无手术并发症发生。结论 :CEA是颈动脉狭窄的有效治疗方法。
Objective: To review the experience and early clinical results of carotid endarterectomy (CEA) in treatment of patients with symptomatic carotid artery stenosis. Methods: CEA was performed in 8 patients with general anesthesia and temporary intraluminal shunts. Results: Symptoms were improved obviously in all cases,no postoperative compilications. Conclusion: CEA is an effective method to treat symptomatic carotid artery stenosis.
