摘要
在重庆内陆开放高地建设的推动下,重庆的产业格局发生了历史性的调整。随之而来的是人才资源开发与管理的问题,文中通过对966名在校大学生、846名高校教师、654名大学生员工、444名用人单位管理者的调查,对比分析了重庆市大学生素质现状与用人单位的素质需求,并在此基础上提出教育对策。
Because of the inland open,the industrial structure of Chongqing changed.Meanwhile,problems of talent resource development and management were emerged.We investigated on 966 undergraduates,846 teachers,654 student employees,and 444 managers,compared present quality situation of college students with employers＇ demand in Chongqing city,and put forward countermeasures for education.
