摘要
针对高校大型仪器设备管理现状,提出有效加强资产管理部门对大型仪器设备使用过程的管理和监督措施,凭借信息化的管理手段和健全的管理机制,建立科学的效益评价体系,以提高大型仪器设备的使用效益。
This article reviews the current management status of the large-scale instrument in colleges and universities and proposes to take several measures to improve the equipment utilization.First,the management department should strengthen the supervision function in the process of utilizing large-scale instruments and equipment.Second,the management department should establish a scientific effectiveness evaluation system in accordance with informationization management methods.
