Objective: To revise the Questionnaire of Stigma for Seeking Professional Psychological Help (SSPPH) and test its reliability and validity. Methods: Based on the definition of stigma proposed by Corrigan, the SSPPH was developed by combining the Stigma Scale for Receiving Psychological Help (SSRPH) and Self-Stigma of Seeking Help Scale (SSOSH), with five supplementary items. In this cross-sectional study, two samples of col- lege students were selected by convenience sampling. The data was analyzed by item analysis and confirmatory fac- tor analysis. The Attitudes Toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help Scale were used to test the criterion va- lidity. Results: The revised SSPPH consisted of 10 items totally. All item-dimension correlations were higher than 0. 5. Confirmatory factor analysis conformed the two dimensional models (X2 = 138, df = 31, x2/df = 4. 45, CFI = 0. 96, NFI = 0. 96, NNFI = 0.90, RFI = 0. 89, RMSEA = 0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the total scores of SSPPH and ATSPPH (r = -0. 70, P 〈 0. 01). The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the question- naire ranged from 0.77 to 0. 81. The retest reliability ranged from 0. 70 to 0. 73. Conclusion: The revised Question- naire of Stigma for Seeking Professional Psychological Help has good reliability and validity in college students, which could be used in domestic relevant research.
