摘要
本文系统概述了心理健康急救(Mental health first aids,MHFA)的概念和内涵,全面了解MHFA培训项目在国内外的开展现状和效果,发现MHFA理念已被许多国家认可,MHFA课程培训已在25个国家开展。MHFA课程培训可提高公众心理健康素养、实现精神疾病早期干预,建议国内引进MHFA课程,广泛开展MHFA培训。
The present review comprehensively overviewed the concept and connotation of mental health first aid(MHFA),and synthesized the current status and effects of MHFA training programs at home and abroad.It has been discovered that the MHFA concept has been recognized by many countries,and MHFA course training has been carried out in 25 countries.The MHFA course training could improve public mental health literacy and achieve early intervention of mental disorders.It is recommended that MHFA courses should be widely introduced and applied in China.
