摘要
以带金属嵌件塑件注射模为例,设计进程中通过磁力作用解决了金属嵌件的定位问题,可以使用卧式注塑机注射成型,并利用气动元件完成两个模腔交替成型,实现注射过程的自动化,缩短塑件的注射成型周期,从而有效地节约了生产成本,提了高生产效率。
