摘要
提出了基于CAE的嵌件注射成型周期优化技术。首先,详细介绍了CAE技术在优化嵌件注射成型周期中的应用。建立了三维模型,并使用CAE软件对注射成型过程进行仿真分析。其次,详细分析了注射成型影响因素,并提出相应的优化技术。然后,通过MoldFlow软件建立了注射成型CAE模型。最后,通过仿真验证了模型的有效性。结果表明,通过基于CAE的嵌件注射成型周期优化技术,可以显著减少成型周期。
CAE based injection molding cycle optimization technology for insert is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the application of CAE technology in optimizing injection molding cycle of insert is introduced in detail.The three-dimensional model is established and the injection molding process is simulated by CAE software.Secondly,the influence factors of injection molding are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding optimization technology is proposed.Then,the injection molding CAE model is established by MoldFlow software.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by simulation.The results show that the CAE based injection molding cycle optimization technology can significantly reduce the molding cycle.
