摘要 接头是沉管隧道中很薄弱但是非常关键的环节,接头的防水则更是被重点关注的内容。管段的不均匀沉降会导致接头的错位和张开,给接头的安全止水带来很大威胁。采用三维数值模拟方法,考虑接头GINA止水带和管端混凝土的非线性接触,以历年监测数据所反映的沉管位移作为边界条件,分析了沉管隧道接头GINA止水带在接头处于压缩、剪切和扭转等变形及复合状态下的力学性态,得到了接触应力在接头断面上的分布规律。结果表明,GI-NA止水带渗水接触应力的控制点通常位于GINA止水带截面下缘;接触应力在顶板、底板和侧壁分部较均匀,在转角部位易集中;在现有沉降水平下,接头GINA止水带的安全止水性能是可靠的。 Joints are weak but significant links in immersed tube tunnels,of which waterproof is crucial and attracted extensive attention.Misplace and opening of the immersed tunnel joint due to the uneven pipe section settlement can bring great threat to the safety of water proof on immersed tunnel joint.Considering the nonlinear contact between GINA and concrete of the pipe end,a three-dimensional nonlinear numerical modeling was presented to study the deformation and stress behavior of GINA associating the joint deformation of compression,shear and torsion,in which the displacement of the pipe section according to the monitoring data was applied as boundary conditions.The results showed that the minimum contact stress was generally located in the inferior margin of the section and easily concentrated in the corner,and the performance of GINA water proof was reliable at current settlement levels.
