摘要
GD包装机组的CH透明纸包装机在透明纸切割后,透明纸仍保持有4点粘连,由加速辊或负压吸风装置将透明纸输送一定距离后拉断,因此透明纸易产生输送阻塞和歪斜等现象。为此对透明纸输送切割装置进行了改进:切刀轴位置下移使透明纸输送到位后由旋转切刀与固定切刀完成定长切割;改进固定切刀使透明纸切割后无4点粘连;取消加速辊改为压缩空气流输送透明纸。应用效果表明,改进后透明纸输送切割装置在透明纸定型后完成切割,透明纸不会产生歪斜和抖动现象,提高了透明纸输送的稳定性。透明纸消耗由0.964 kg/50000支降低为0.95 kg/50000支,拉线错口由0.95次/班减少为0,透明纸阻塞频次由6次/班减少为2次/班。透明纸的搭口位置容易调整,提高了设备运行效率。
There are still 4 points left uncut in the cut film sheet in CH wrapper of GD packing line, the sheet is detached off the web by an accelerating roller or a suction device while being conveyed, the film sheet is liable to deviate from its proper position even jam the machine. Therefore, the film conveying and cutting device was improved as following: lowering the knife shaft to allow the film once arriving the right position to be cut by a rotating knife and a fixed knife to its specified length; improving fixed knife to eliminate the uncut points in cut film; and conveying film by compressed air flow instead of accelerating roller. The results of practical application indicated that the film was cut completely after the film getting into shape, the deflection and dither of film were avoided and the stability of film conveying was improved. The consumption of film decreased from 0.964 to 0.95 kg per 50000 cigs., and the number of misaligned tear tape reduced from 0.95 to 0 per shift and that of film jam per shift reduced from 6 to 2. It is easy to adjust the seam position of film, and the machine efficiency increases.
