摘要
为解决卷烟包装机组高架烟包输送通道不方便操作人员进行取样抽检的问题,通过分析设备输送通道的结构并对其进行改造,改进后烟包输送通道具有两方向输出的功能,从而保持原有的烟包输送功能的同时实现烟包取样输出的功能,达到提高工作效率和降低辅料消耗的目的。
In order to solve the problem that the elevated cigarette package conveying channel of cigarette packaging unit is not convenient for operators to carry out sampling and inspection,the structure of the equipment conveying channel was analyzed and reformed.The improved cigarette package conveying channel has two-way output function,so as to maintain the original cigarette package conveying function and realize the cigarette package sampling output function,to improve work efficiency and reduce the consumption of auxiliary materials.
