右美托咪定对硬膜外麻醉后寒战的治疗效果 被引量：8

摘要 硬膜外麻醉影响机体的体温调节功能，可使患者的体温降低，进而发生寒战。右美托咪定是一种新型的α2肾上腺素能受体激动药，它具有镇痛、镇静和抗寒战等作用。本研究观察右美托咪定对硬膜外麻醉后寒战的治疗效果。
