摘要
无边界管理强调边界间的可渗透性,本文将无边界管理引入科研院所科研项目管理过程中,针对科研院所科研项目现状和特点,提出打破垂直边界、消除水平边界和淡化外部边界等对策,对于科研院所有效提升科研项目管理的效率和效果具有重要借鉴意义。
Penetrability between the boundaries is emphasized in boundaryless management.In this paper,boundaryless management is introduced into the process of project management in scientific research institutes.This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of project management in scientific research institutes.As the countermeasures,it proposes breaking vertical boundaries,eliminating horizontal boundaries and diluting external boundaries which can play a reference role for improving efficiency and enhancing effectiveness of project management in scientific research institutes.
