摘要
以衡阳师范学院的湖南省普通高校哲学社会科学重点研究基地"环境教育研究中心"建设与管理实践为基础,提出了"四五四"管理模式,解析了"四五四"管理模式的框架及内涵,并总结了"四五四"管理模式下环境教育研究中心建设与管理的成效与经验。希冀为湖南省科研管理工作与创新研究提供参考。
On the construction and management practice base of key research base of philosophy ＆ social sciences in Hunan province, ＂research center of environmental education＂, this paper put forward ＂four mechanisms, five union, four guarantees＂ scientific research management model, analyzed its framework and contents, and summarized the effects and experiences in the construction and management of ＂research center of environmental education＂, which back ground of the ＂four mechanisms, five union, four guarantees＂ scientific research management model. We hope for providing some references to scientific research management and innovation research work.
