丹红通经方对急性脑梗死血清CRP影响和临床疗效观察 被引量:1

Impacts on Serum CRP and Clinical Efficacy Observation for Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated with Danhong Tongjing Formula

摘要 目的观察丹红通经方治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的干预效果。方法将72例急性脑梗死患者随机分为丹红通经方加常规药物治疗(治疗组)及常规药物治疗(对照组)各36例,观察两组临床疗效并检测治疗前后血清CRP水平的变化。结果治疗组临床有效率91.66%,对照组有效率72.22%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组CRP水平均有降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组降低CRP水平作用明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间两组均未发现明显不良反应,治疗后常规检查亦未发现异常。结论丹红通经方是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方剂,抗炎降低血清CRP水平可能是其作用机制之一。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of danhong tongjing formula on acute cerebral infarction and the intervention effect of it on serum C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods 72 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into a dangong tongjing formula plus conventional medical treatment group(treatment group)and a conventional medical treatment group(control group),36 cases in each one.The clinical efficacy was observed and serum CRP was detected before and after treatment in two groups.Results The clinical effective rate was 91.66% in treatment group and was 72.22% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison(P0.05).After treatment,CRP was reduced in either group,presenting statistical significant difference in comparison with that before treatment(P0.05 or P0.01).The effect on reducing CRP in treatment group was superior apparently to that in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison(P0.01).During treatment,no apparent adverse reaction was discovered in either group.After treatment,no abnormality was found in conventional examination.Conclusion Danhong tongjing formula is an effective formula for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Its anti-inflammation and decreasing serum CRP effect may be one of the mechanisms in treatment.
