摘要
目的探讨自制泪道冲洗针治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的治疗效果和护理体会。方法采用自制直式泪道冲洗针行泪道冲洗,同时进行科学合理的护理干预治疗我科238例婴幼儿泪囊炎患者。结果操作简便、安全、经济、高效、并发症少,治愈率为95.1%。结论采用自制直式泪道冲洗针行泪道冲洗,同时进行科学合理的护理干预,加强了护患沟通,促进患儿康复,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the self-acupuncture treatment of lacrimal infant dacryocystitis treatment and nursing. Methods A self-portrait lacrimal lacrimal needle,while the scieutific and rational treatment I care intervention subjocts were 238 cases of infant dacryocystitis.Results Simple,safe,cconomlcal,efficient,fewer complications,the cure rate was 95.1%. Conclusion The self-made straight needle lacrimal lacrimal,and scientific and reasonable care and intervention,to enhance the nurse--patient communlcation,and promote rehabilitation of children and improve the quality of care.
