摘要
目的探讨应用泪道探通术治疗婴儿泪道阻塞的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的62例76眼婴儿泪道阻塞患儿的病例资料,所有患儿均应用泪道探通术进行治疗,治疗结束后评价其治疗的疗效。结果所有患儿经治疗后76眼一次探通成功70眼(92.1%),二次探通成功2眼(2.6%),三次探通成功1眼(1.3%),3眼(3.9%)经三次泪道探通术后无效。所有患儿在进行探通时无并发症发生。结论泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪道阻塞效果理想,且小于6个月的患儿应用此方法进行治疗效果更佳,手术一次探通成功率较高。
Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of babies＇obstruction of lacrimal ducts treating with lacrimal ducts sounding.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical material of 62 babies（76 eyes） with obstruction of lacrimal ducts,and all of them were treated by the lacrimal ducts sounding,and evaluate the efficacy.Results After the treatment,70 eyes（92.1%） were treated successfully in one time,2 eyes（2.6%） were treated successfully in two times,1 eye（1.3%） was treated successfully in three times,3 eyes（3.9%） had no efficacy after three times treating.All the children had no complication during the lacrimal ducts sounding.Conclusion Lacrimal ducts sounding was an ideal way to treat obstruction of lacrimal ductsin the babies,which has a better effect on babies who were less than 6 months.
