不同学制口腔医学专业学生学业生活状况与自我满意度的调查分析

An investigation of the school work, life and self-satisfaction of the students in different year programs in the stomatology college

摘要 目的探讨五年制、七年制、八年制三种不同学制口腔医学专业学生的学业水平、生活状况和自我满意度及其差异性。方法选取四川大学口腔医学院2007级口腔医学专业129名学生为调查对象,其中五年制学生74人、七年制学生40人、八年制学生15人,分别进行学业成绩、时间分配与自我满意度的调查分析。结果五年制学生的高考成绩低于七年制、八年制学生(P〈0.01);大二及大三学年五年制学生平均成绩提升幅度较大,高于七年制、八年制学生(P值均〈0.05)。五年制学生课程学时、自习、学生会活动时间和社会实践时问多于七年制、八年制学生,睡眠时间最少(P值均〈0.05);八年制学生参与科研时间最长,五年制学生居中,七年制学生最短(P值均〈0.01);七年制学生娱乐时间远远多于五年制、八年制学生(P值均〈0.01)。五年制、八年制学生自我满意度高于七年制学生(P值均〈0.01)。所得各项结果差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论五年制学生学业负担较重,竞争激烈,但心里状态较好,说明五年制教育体系趋于成熟;长学制教学有较大发展潜力,但目前尚处于探索阶段,仍然需要改进和完善。 Objective This research investigates the different effects from different year program systems on students in the 5-year program, the 7-year program and the 8-year program from their scores, college life and self-satisfaction levels. Methods Choose 129 students in the stomatology college which include 74 in the 5-year program, 40 in the 7-year program and 15 in the 8-year program in order to know their study condition, timetable allocation and self-satisfaction level. Results Compared with the students in the 7-year and 8-year programs, the students in the 5-year program in average have a lower college entrance examination score (P 〈 0.01 )and a higher score improvement in the 2nd and 3rd year in the college ( P 〈 0.05 ). The 5-year program students spend more time on their scheduling, self-study, activities in student union, social practice and less time on sleeping compared with those in the 7-year and 8-year programs ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The 8-year program students spend more time on scientific research which cost least time of students in the 7-year program and the latter use much more time on entertainment than the other two groups(P 〈0.01 ). The self-satisfaction level of students in the 5-year and 8-year program both are higher than the 7-year program group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The 5-year program leads to much pres- sure and competition whereas its thorough and mature system makes students a good mentality; Although the long-time programs' education system should be practiced more, they do have large potential.
