摘要
评价指标脱离学生认知水平和权重分配随意性较大是高职院校"学生评教"指标体系中存在的突出问题。本文从学生的角度出发,探讨了评价指标的设计原则和方法,并用层次分析法对评价指标的权重进行了定量分析,使评价结果更加客观、准确。
There exist two prominent problems in the indicator system. On the one hand, tile evaluating indicator is separated from the students" cognition level. On the other hand, the rating weight is distributed at random. In order to make the evaluating result more objective and accurate, this article discusses the designing principle and method of the evaluating indicator from the viewpoints of students, and the author carries on the quantitative analysis of the evaluating indicator's weight through the method of analytical hierarchy process.
