摘要
目的:探讨血液透析串联血液灌流治疗尿毒症的临床疗效。方法:将我院2010年1月~2011年6月收治的尿毒症患者60例随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予单独的血液透析治疗,治疗组给予血液透析串联血液灌流治疗。检测两组治疗前后的甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)水平,观察两组治疗后的临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后治疗组的PTH[(255.4±21.7)pg/ml]、BUN[(10.7±1.2)mmol/L]、Scr[(276.1±87.9)μmol/L]均明显低于对照组[(386.0±32.2)pg/ml、(14.8±1.1)mmol/L、(385.3±91.6)μmol/L],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组皮肤瘙痒改善率[72.0%(18/25)]、睡眠食欲差改善率[61.5%(16/26)]、口渴改善率[62.5%(15/24)]、关节疼痛改善率[70.6%(12/17)]均明显高于对照组[33.3%(9/27)、35.7%(10/28)、43.5%(10/23)和31.6%(6/19)],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:血液透析串联血液灌流能够清除患者的尿毒症毒素,明显改善患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dialysis and blood perfusiontreating in uremia.Methods:60 uremia patients in our hospital from Janurary 2010 to June 2011 were divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases).In the control group,the patients were only treated by dialysis,and in the treatment group,the patients were treated by both dialysis and blood perfusion.In order to clear about the clinical effect,the numerical values before and af-ter treatment were recorded and compared,such as parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood urine nitrogen(BUN) and serum cre atinine concentration(Scr).Results:After treatment,PTH,BUN,Scr [(255.4±21.7)pg/ml,(10.7±1.2)mmol/L,(276.1±87.9)μmol/L] of treatment group were obvious lower than the control group [(386.0 ±32.2)pg/ml,(14.8±1.1)mmol/L,(385.3±91.6)μmol/L],and there were significant differences between them(P0.05).In another hand,the treatment group patients′ results for the improvement of skin itch,slumber and appetite,thirst and joint pain were [72.0%(18/25),61.5%(16/26),62.5%(15/24),70.6%(12/27)],which were obvious better than the control group [33.3%(9/27),35.7%(10/28),43.5%(10/23),31.6%(6/19)],and there were significant differences between them(P0.05).Conclusion:According to the clinical effect,the treatment of dialysis and blood perfusion can clear the toxin of uremia patients and obviously improve the clinical symptom.It should be widely applied.
