摘要
目的采用自制问卷对某军医大学1640名在校学员专业选择的原因进行调查。方法以性别、类别、年级、专业为自变量进行数理统计分析。结果学员总体当初选择该专业的原因主要是个人兴趣(42.6%),其次是家人要求、学校调剂、社会热门、他人建议、其他,差别有统计学意义(χ2=861.368,P<0.001)。不同性别、类别、年级、专业学员的原因不同(χ2=77.769,115.224,46.739,361.406;P均<0.001)。结论学校应该指导学生进行专业选择,充分尊重学生的兴趣和志愿。
Objective Using self-made questionnaire,the causes of choosing specialties of 1640 military medical undergraduates were surveyed.Methods The causes were analyzed in different genders,sorts,grades,specialties.Results The causes of choosing specialties of military medical undergraduates were mainly interest（42.6%）,then parents requiring,universities adjusting,pop in society,others＇ suggestion,etc（χ^2=861.368,P〈0.001）.Different genders,sorts,grades,specialties had different causes structures（χ^2=77.769,115.224,46.739,361.406;P〈0.001）.Conclusion Universities should guide undergraduates to choose specialties and fully respect their interests and desirabilities.
