摘要
目的探讨入学动机及专业选择对军队医学院校大学生心理健康状况的影响。方法采用大学生人格问卷和症状自评量表,抽取2004级456名本科新生为样本,进行了心理健康情况的调查,并使用自制问卷了解其入学动机。结果有39.2%的新生的主要入学动机为“想掌握专门的知识和技能”、入学动机为“为了今后就职方便”的新生存在更多的心理问题、以“外部动机”为主的大学生的人格问卷[(13.42±8.38)分]、症状自评量表因子强迫[(1.86±0.58)分]、人际关系敏感[(1.80±0.64)分]、焦虑[(1.54±0.55)分]、偏执[(1.66±0.63)分]、精神病性[(1.58±0.52)分]等分值均明显高于“内部动机”为主的大学生。结论军队医学院校新生存在一定的心理问题,受入学动机和专业愿望的符合程度影响。
Objective To explore the influence of enrollment motivation on mental health of the freshmen in military medical university. Methods UPI and SCL-90 were used to investigate 456 freshmen in 2004 sampled by random from the military medical university, and the enrollment motivation were known by the self-made questionnaire. Results The main enrollment motivation of 39.2% percent freshmen was ＂wanting to master specific knowledge and skills＂ ; the freshmen who have the main enrollment motivation as ＂ for gaining a good job in future＂ show more mental problem; the freshmen with exterior motivation were having higher score in UPI （ 13.42 ± 8.38 ）, obsessive-compulsive symptoms（ 1.86 ± 0.58 ）, interpersonal sensitivity（ 1.80 ± 0.64 ）, anxiety（ 1.54 ± 0.55）, paranoia（ 1.66±0.63）, psychosis（ 1.58±0.52） than the freshmen with interior motivation. Conclusion There were some mental problem in the freshmen in military medical university, which was affected by enrollment motivation and the degree of the accordance with branch desire.
