摘要 关键事件是教学过程中发生的意想不到或突如其来的事件,经由教师创设而成。教师依据一定的路径和步骤把教学中发生的普通事件创设成关键事件,能够加深对教学和自己的理解,形成较高的专业判断力,从而带来外显教学行为的改变和专业发展。 "Critical Incidents" are unplanned events occurring in the teaching process created by the teacher.Following a certain route and procedures to create critical incidents,foreign language teachers will turn their experiences into professional judgments,which is a way to improve their teaching and professional development.
