摘要
目的探讨实施助产士产前教育对初产妇产程及分娩方式的影响效果。方法按是否愿意参加产前教育情况将708例孕产妇分为观察组217例和对照组491例。观察组由助产士对其进行产前教育,对照组无参加产前教育。比较两组产妇分娩方式、自然分娩产程时间和配合分娩情况的差异。结果观察组剖宫产率低于对照组;第1产程时间较对照组短;配合分娩情况优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施助产士产前教育,可提高孕产妇自然分娩的信心,充分发挥产妇配合产程及助产的主动性,提高其自然分娩率。
Objective To investigate the effect of antepartum education to nurse-midwife on the labor course and the delivering method of primipara. Methods 708 primiparas without indications for uterine-incision delivery were divided into observation group (n = 217) and control group (n = 491) based on the presence and absence of antepartum education. Those in the observation group received antepartum education by the nurse-midwives and those in the control group received no antepartum education. The two groups were compared as regards delivering method, spontaneous labor process and cooperation in delivery. Results Compared to the control group, the rate of uterine-incision delivery was lower, the first stage of labor was significantly shorter and the cooperation in delivery was better in the observation group (P 0.05).Conclusion The antepartum education by nurse-midwives may enhance the confidence of the parturients in spontaneous delivery, promote their activeness in cooperation through the labor process and thus increase the spontaneous delivery.
