摘要
目的 了解孕妇学校的健康教育对分娩途径有无影响。方法 采取回顾性调查方法对1288例产妇进行调查,将孕妇学校来源的产妇列为实验组,非孕妇学校来源的产妇列为对照组,对产妇分娩方式、有无剖宫产指征及剖宫产原因进行调查。结果 实验组的剖宫产率明显低于对照组,无剖宫产指征而行剖宫产者实验组明显低于对照组。结论 孕妇学校的孕产期知识教育可以影响产妇的自我行为,达到降低剖宫产率、减少医疗资源浪费的目的。
Objective To explore the influence of health education in pregnancy school on pregnancy women. Method Investigated retrospectively 1288 pregnancy women. Divided them into two groups: experimental group consisted of pregnancy women who attended pregnancy school, and control group consisted of those who didn t attend pregnancy school.
